It Hit Me, Again

Hello Lovelies!

I'm in a rainy mood.

The evil illness, depression, hit me again. I struggled and struggled until I could not bear it it anymore. It's not an easy subject to be talking about... Let's just say I feel constantly exhausted for no reason (other than the depression itself) and that everything seems to be dull, grey and blurred... This is what depression looks like to me:

I have to check in hospital today, and so will close my etsy shop for now. I wish you lovelies a wonderful end of summer and I hope to be returning soon.

I'm trying to remember this inspirational quote:

"But without the dark, we could never see the stars."

Things I Love Friday - the Random Edition

Fashionable Tea & Butterflies

Hello Lovelies!

Today I'm loving that bug in my cup of tea, just like the lady below!

These series of photographs are by Amanda G. a very talented photographer. I am happy to see reunited in hip fashion magazines two of my loves, namely tea and insects!

The Little Prince and the Butterflies

It's so good to be back!

Today, I love this quote from "The little Prince" by Saint-Exupéry... It's about the real meaning of friendship, poetry, life, and butterflies... It's in French, but I'll try and find an English translation of it.

"Les grandes personnes aiment les chiffres. Quand vous leur parlez d’un nouvel ami, elles ne vous questionnent jamais sur l’essentiel. Elles ne vous disent jamais: «Quel est le son de sa voix? Quels sont les jeux qu’il préfère? Est-ce qu’il collectionne les papillons ?» Elles vous demandent: «Quel âge a-t-il? Combien a-t-il de frères? Combien pèse-t-il? Hello I'm Back

Hello Lovelies!

I am so so glad my moving house is behind me now! This move implied some internet hiatus and i'm sorry about that. I'll have my internet connection back tomorrow and from next Monday, i'll be blogging as usual.
